British Council resumes IELTS testing in India

As per British Council website, IELTS testing has resumed in Bangalore from June 19, 2020:

Just had a chat with British Council customer service and they have confirmed that computer-based testing has resumed in Bangalore from 19 June. No guidance for the rest of the regions. Candidates who have booked their exams will get an update 4-5 days before their scheduled dates.
