I received PPR through email and no PDF through CIC/GCKey portal or email attachment. Now VFS global asking for PPR pdf to book passport submission appointment. What should i do?

Take a print of the PPR for VFS. (convert it to pdf and upload for online appointment. It should work in most cases).
