Combine different roles for work experience in Ontario's Human Capital Priorities Stream?

6 Months Data Analyst, 6 Months Software Developer. I have had 2 roles in 12 months. Can it be treated as 1 year experience for Ontario's Human Capital Priorities Stream

If this work experience was in Canada, then yes you can combine it for HCP.
If outside Canada, then you cant. Outside Canada Work Exp of 1 year under FSW Express Entry needs to be in the same NOC Code.
