What are the documents required for Canada Visitor Visa in 2021?

Proof of vaccination

When you are coming to Canada, you need to give your vaccination information. You are required to do it before your arrival by using the ArriveCAN app.

When you arrive in Canada, show the border services officer your proof of vaccination.

Proof of a negative COVID-19 test result

If you want to come to Canada and visit, you will need a COVID-19 test and show that it is negative. You need to take the test within 72 hours before your arrival.

When you are boarding your plane, show airline staff if you have a negative test result. If you don’t, they won’t let you board the plane.

You must use the ArriveCAN app before checking in at the airport or crossing the border. Submit travel and contact information, quarantine plan, COVID-19 symptom self-assessment and COVID-19 proof of vaccination

You have to use this app called ArriveCAN before you go to the airport or cross the border. You have to give them information about your travel plans, your contact information, a plan for quarantine, and proof that you were vaccinated against COVID-19 along with a COVID-19 symptom self-assessment.
