Distance learning is acceptable as long as you can get a positive ECA evaluation for that degree. A positive ECA outcome will depend on whether the University was recognized by DEB - Distance Education Bureau for the period in which you completed degree.
For example, if your university was recognized in 2018 and your degree is of 2017, then you may not get a positive ECA evaluation.
