I have got ITA in STEM category under NOC 21321 - industrial engineer. I do not have a professional engineer license. Will this affect my application? Is P.Eng mandatory?

For Express Entry assessment, the operational bulletin does not instruct the visa officer to perform employment requirement assessment for the NOC code used. Hence it is not required for Express Entry.
