Hi,
My question is about job offer. Without LMIA approval job offers are acceptable in AIPP. How many other programs in which we can apply without LMIA approved job offers???
Which are those states and which are those programs through which we can apply immigration? please mention categorically their names...

You require LMIA is most cases unless the job qualifies for LMIA Exempt status which are very specific in nature. Check Canada Work Permit and LMIA-exempt job offers – skilled immigrants (Express Entry) - Canada.ca

So if your question is, can you apply to any PNP program without Job offer - then yes, Alberta AINP Express Entry and Saskatchewan SINP Express Entry do not need specific job offers. Alberta selects candidates from the Federal Express Entry Pool. You can explore these programs to see if your NOC code qualifies.

In addition to the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP), several other Canadian immigration programs do not require LMIA-approved job offers. These include the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and Canadian Experience Class (CEC). Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) like British Columbia's Tech Pilot, Ontario's Human Capital Priorities Stream, Saskatchewan's International Skilled Worker streams, and Nova Scotia's Labour Market Priorities also waive the LMIA requirement.

Do I need a Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to apply for a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) in Canada, and are there any PNP programs that do not require a job offer?
