BOWP Work permit expires June end. If I apply for a fake extension, get ITA, do i again apply for BOWP using new AOR?

Work permit expiring June end. If i apply for a fake extension at the end of June and then if I get an ITA during those 3-4 months time that i buy then how does it work? Do i again apply for BOWP now using AOR or will the fake extension now be approved now that I have an ITA and no need to do anything?

You will be required to apply for a new BOWP when you are eligible and have an AOR
