Immiboards ― On June 16, 2021, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) invited 940 candidates for permanent residency.
Invitations were sent out to foreign workers and international students under the Employee Job Offer category.

OINP streams that are accepting applications
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is currently accepting applications under the following streams:
- French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream
- Human Capital Priorities stream
- Skilled Trades stream
- Entrepreneur stream
The following OINP streams are now open through the OINP Expression of Interest system :
- Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream
- Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream
The Foreign Worker Stream allows foreign workers to apply for an OINP nomination for living and working in Ontario.
Such workers are required to have a job offer in a skilled occupation at Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A/B of the National Occupational Classification [NOC]
The International Student stream, on the other hand, is for international students with a job offer in a skilled occupation at Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A/B of the NOC.
Annual nomination limits
Each year, the federal government allocates a fixed number of nominations to the Ontario government (OINP) through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
In 2021, Ontario has received an allocation of 8,350 plus an additional 250 nominations for temporary foreign workers in intermediate skilled occupations (NOC Skill Level C).
